Ingredients:
2 pounds large scallops
1/2 pound slice prosciutto
1 stick butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
wooden skewers
Preparation:
Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Make sure wooden skewers have been soaking in water for at least one hour before using. Wrap scallops with prosciutto and thread about 3-4 on each skewer. Melt butter and add garlic to it. Place scallops onto grill and baste with garlic butter. Cook for 4 minutes, turn, baste again, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from grill and serve.
